This is tricky, the responsibility of knowing when to tell a kid to stop playing

This is tricky.  At what point are adults required to enforce something on a kid, to prevent a brain injury?  Because what they’ll do is stop the kid from playing, for a “what if”.  The kid might not take it seriously, or understand, and think that they’re mean.

However, if the kid is injured, the damage could be severe, and the kid could be disabled, permanently.
